The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) has urged the Punjab government not to ban one-dish, arguing that the action could harm wedding halls and catering businesses. In his speech to a delegation of wedding halls, Vice President Syed Mahmood Ghaznavi said that the proposed ban could increase unemployment which went against the local employment policy. Earlier, it was reported that the Punjab government wanted to introduce refreshment system after banning one-dish.
