"Constitution of a powerless judicial commission would be meaningless and ineffective and it would be mere eye-wash." PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi said this while talking to media-men after attending the Qul Khawani of Sardar Ghulam Sarwar Khan Qandrani, father of Sardar Arshad Qandarani, a PTI ticket holder in Basira on Saturday.
He said that PTI wants to unveil all facts about the 2013 general election through a powerful judicial commission. He said "we have co-operated with the government after Peshawar tragedy and we did not create any trouble for the government when it was going to bring a 21st constitutional amendment for setting up of military courts. We have ended our Dharna and now we are expecting that government would constitute a judicial commission as a goodwill gesture." Qureshi was of the view that military courts were being established for the time being however government would have to improve its judicial system.
