Committee constituted to monitor electioneering

JHANG: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has formed 14-member monitoring committee for monitoring electioneering of 2018 General Election.

Deputy Commissioner Mudassar Riaz Malik is head of the committee which will monitor election campaign of individual candidates and electioneering by any political party in the district.

The committee will inform the ECP for any violation of election code of conduct.

The committee will comprise Additional Director Livestock, District Population Officer, Executive Officer SNG, Divisional Forest Officer, District Zakat Officer, SDO Fesco City Subdivision, SDO Fesco Civil Lines, SDO Satellite Town Subdivision, Deputy DEO (Female) Jhang, Statistical Officer, Deputy DEO Female, Athara Hazari, District Officer Finance and Planning and Assistant Director Maholiat.
