MOSCOW: Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday that Russia would respond if Britain allowed Ukraine to strike Russia with British weapons.

Bloomberg reported that newly elected British Prime Minister Keir Starmer had signalled that Ukraine can use British Storm Shadow missiles to strike military targets inside Russia.

Kremlin declines comment on alleged Zelenskiy assassination plot

Peskov said this would be an irresponsible escalatory step.
