The Mobilink fiber optic backbone (Nationwide Deployment of optical fiber cable ) feasibility for connecting Karachi- Peshawar-Islamabad-Lahore-Faisalabad-Multan; MSCs in Sefl Healing Ring (protection) was presented to PMCL (Mobilink) Boards headed by Mr. Javed Saifullah and President was Zohar Khaliq in 2005. The Feasibility was approved for building Pakistan's 2nd Fiber Optic Bank Bone after PTCL, It took less than 3 years to connect Peshawar-Islamabad-Lahore-Faisalabad-Multan-Karachi. This was my biggest achievement alhamdulillah, that I designed and prepared the feasibility for this 8,500 km optical fiber cable, as the consultant of Mobilink in 2005 at that time COO LDI was Zahid Minshas sb, later on, President Zohair Khaliq gave the task to complete the deployment as HoD LDI/ Sr Manager Fiber optic networks. And with a team of very energetic engineers, I achieved this task.
