WINNIPEG, (Manitoba: ICE canola futures rose on Wednesday to an all-time high for a most-active contract, boosted by strength in palm oil and soybean oil.
With canola technically strong, speculators are not liquidating their net long positions and Canadian farmers are holding off on selling their crop in anticipation of higher prices, helping propel prices, a trader said.
