KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 10.762 billion and the number of lots traded at 11,474.
Major business was contributed by Currencies through COTS amounting to PKR 3.443 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 2.714 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.978 billion), DJ (PKR 828.992 million), Silver (PKR 722.373 million), Platinum (PKR 477.763 million), Crude Oil (PKR 306.791 million), SP 500 (PKR 146.289 million), Copper (PKR 79.686 million) and Natural Gas (PKR 64.985 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 10 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 6.731 million were traded.
