Futures spread increases by 331bps

KARACHI: The futures spread increased by 331bps to close at 16.57 percent on the last day of outgoing week.

Trading activities on the futures counter improved significantly as average daily volumes increased by 137.3 percent to 198.93 million shares as compared to previous week’s average of 83.85 million shares. Average daily trading value on the futures counter increased by 75.5 percent during this week to stand at Rs 14.38 billion.
