One person was killed while another sustained serious injuries when unknown armed men opened fire at their vehicle near Noshki on Monday. Local police said the victims identified as Shaan and Junaid, residents of Karachi, were on their way to Quetta from Taftan when armed assailants sprayed bullets on their vehicle.
As a result, Shaan died on the spot while Junaid sustained serious injuries and was hospitalised for treatment. Motive behind the attack could not be ascertained. Local police has launched probe into the matter.
