Sialkot and its adjoining areas are in grip of severe cold weather, which is disturbing routine life. According to the weather condition, it seems that cold weather will persists in Sialkot for next few days. The people are suffering from flu, cough and fever as a result of prevailing cold weather in the area. Meanwhile, people are confronting with multifarious problems due to the long and interrupted electricity load shedding and low pressure of gas.
Due to the low gas pressure, the housewives were facing hardships while cooking food for their families. The severe cold, power load shedding and non-availability of gas multiplied the miseries of the masses. Doctors have advised the people to avoid roaming in thick fog because it will cause chest problems, cough and influenza and other health problems. The infants and children should be dressed properly for avoiding ailment, they cautioned.
