Three workers including a mechanic and a fitter were killed at Sheikhu Sugar mills, Sanawan in Muzaffargarh district on Sunday morning when they were repairing a cutter in the factory. As per details, the incident was happened in a Sugar Mill when the workers, Mushtaq Ahmed, Ghulam Qasim and Muhammad Hussain were busy in their work and they came under the chain carrier of the machine.
Workers said this incident happened due to the negligence of the management, as there were no safety arrangements to avoid such incidents. However, police said it was an accident.
