Deputy Inspector General, City Traffic Police, Muhammad Usman Khattak on Sunday directed all SPs and DSPs traffic Lahore to check traffic violations especially lane violations causing great inconvenience to motorists.
Talking to APP, he said that all SPs and DSPs traffic posted in city had been directed to check violations especially of lanes and violators must be taken to task. He also directed them to constitute mobile teams in their respective divisions to check traffic violations. He warned all wardens to perform their duty at the place of posting in the city or strict action would be taken if any of them was found absent from his place of duty.
