Condensed fog disrupted the life in Multan, Bahawalpur and Dera Ghazi Khan and all flights cancelled on Saturday and two flights cancelled on Sunday. The foggy conditions have also kept crippled the trains operations on yet another day here in southern Punjab, intensifying the chilly environment and adversely affecting roster of flights and trains on Saturday.
Sources said the National Highways from Multan to Faisalabad, Jhang, Multan-Lahore via Sahiwal Okara, Multan-Bahawalpur, Rahimyar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan -Rajanpur, Multan have also been opened following betterment in visibility condition.
Besides Multan, Jhan, Khanewal, Lodhran, Vehari,Sahiwal, Okara, Faisalabad, Hafizabad, Pindi Bhattian, Sialkot, Sheikhupura, Jhelum and others are countering dense fog on Saturday, sources added.
