SINGAPORE: Vietnamese crude kicked off September trade on Wednesday after PV Oil sold Chim Sao cargoes at similar premiums from the previous month on firm demand from China.
VIETNAM: Unipec bought all three Chim Sao cargoes from PV Oil via a tender. The first two cargoes were done at $2.80 a barrel above dated Brent while the third fetched a premium slightly above $3, traders said.
PV Oil is expected to also offer Thang Long and Song Doc to be loaded in September, in addition to a Ruby cargo, they said.
KIMANIS: More cargoes of September-loading Kimanis likely traded at 30-40 cents below its OSP, steady compared with an earlier deal on DME where Glencore bought a cargo from Petronas at a discount of 34 cents a barrel.
