imageAll rounder Imad Wasim, has been quick to make headlines since his debut in international cricket. The Welsh born has emerged as a vital member for Pakistan in the limited overs.

Imad Wasim, who has represented the Green shirts in 18 ODIs and 15 T20Is, now eyes to represent his country in the games purest form and is working hard on it.

I dont know what the selectors and the coaches have in their minds about me, but I am working very hard on my skills for an opportunity [in Test cricket], said Imad, while talking at ESPNcricinfo Polite Enquiries.

He further informed that he does not consider himself as a batting all rounder, but an all-rounder. I wont call myself a batting all-rounder due to the dip in my form with the bat; however, I am working on it, said Imad.

He further informed that he had no intention to become Pakistan captain at the moment, as he holds current limited-overs skipper Sarfraz Ahmed in high esteem. Sarfraz is a great friend of mine and we have played together for 12 years now I have a lot of respect for him and I wish him all the best.
