BeingInTouch; Salman Khan reveals his daily fitness regime
Actor Salman Khan turns 51 on Tuesday, he gave a perfect return gift to all his fans. He has just launched a personalised BeingInTouch app on the occasion of his 51st birthday which gives exclusive details about actors personal life including his hobbies, workout regime, family, friends and films.
The actor who is known for his strict fitness regime and has trained many Bollywood celebrities has finally revealed his workout routine in his recent app. His workout routine includes cardio for three days and weight training for next three days. He takes a break on Sunday.
Khan starts his workout with warm up exercises. Day one is for chest and triceps. He performs dumbbell pullover, Dumbell incline bench press, rope pushdown, dumbell flat bench press and flat bench dumbell fly. On the day two, he focuses on biceps and back. He usually does dumbell concentration curls, bent over row, close grip lat pulldown, barbell curls and close grip lat pulldown. And on the third day, Salman does cardio to burn the fat. He performs several exercises and 45 minutes of Low Intensity Steady State (LISS) cardio.
On Thursday, Salman Khan concentrates on his shoulders and traps. He does dumbell shrugs, front delt raise, bent over rear delt fly, dumbell shoulder press and side lateral raises. On the last two days, he focuses on abs and legs. He does leg curls, leg press, leg raises, leg extensions, back squats, side crunches, incline crunches and walking lunges.
Sultan actor has also shared some pictures flaunting his perfect body.
During the BodyPower Expo 2016 in Mumbai, Salman once said, More than in the gym, the body is made out of the gym. You might spend about one to two hours in the gym, but it is your discipline and strong mind that plays a greater role in achieving your desired body.
