It is most regrettable to see that many vacant plots of DHA in Karachi have become a garbage throwing and storing place and mosquito breeding centre creating hygienic problems and a big health hazard for the neighbourly residents. Will the DHA ensure maintaining cleanliness and also road lights where needed, particularly repair the fused ones.
I would suggest that for vacant plots non-utilisation charges be imposed immediately so that DHA can start the cleanliness drive.
