The presence of a strong devoted and hardworking personality took over the charge of Karachi Building Control Authority and immediately gained trust of people as their problems were being solved on priority basis and acclaimed admiration from the Housing Industry by getting rid of the bad elements.
Experienced and well aware leadership who know their problems and was geared up to give well deserved relieves to the Housing Industry, so it can be an active partner in the development of this city.
International Housing Industry Exhibition is the brainchild of Brigadier A.S. Nasir, Chief Controller of KBCA, which is a multi-dimensional programme, which incorporates such simple yet unusual features as to ask people to exercise their rights by meeting face to face with Builders and Developers to discuss their problems/requirements, to create highly visible parameters for Housing Industry, to boost the Provincial and Federal economy and not forgetting to encourage local Housing Industry to experience and educate from the most recent technologies available in Housing and Construction Industry around the world.
I am very optimistic about this exhibition and lauds KBCA's tireless efforts being done for Karachi and its bright future.
