I trust that Consumer Association of Pakistan (CAP) will serve the cause of consumers protection and rights and shall prompt the stewards to the Government of Pakistan as well as other interconnected organisations to initiate steps to streamline affairs in this most neglected sector of national importance in the national interest, alone.
Pakistan has failed to develop Consumers Protection laws effective. In fact the condition has only deteriorated over the years that today consumer right violation has become a normal routine in every part of life.
Our top priority is to espouse the cause of consumer rights by influencing the governments policies.
Within the shortest span of time develop awareness of right understanding of Consumers Rights among the consumers, the businessmen and industrialist for quality goods /services delivered/ received.
