Scattered and light rains expected

Chief Meteorologist Anjum Bari on Saturday said scattered and light rains were expected across the country during next week. Talking to PTV, he said, "No intensive weather system is forecast, hence light rains are expected during next 7 to 8 days." He said a weather system with light rains would pass through Northern Areas from July 14 to 16.
To a question, he said another heat wave was expected in current month but that would not be so intensive.
To another question, he said Met Department had already given flood warning due to heavy snowfall during summer season.
