Member Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) Amanullah Marphani was killed on Saturday after being kidnapped by unknown people. According to police sources, the body of Marphani was recovered from bushes in Block-6 Gulistan-e-Jauhar at around 8:00 pm. The hands and legs of the deceased were found tied up. Marphani had left home in his car in the morning and after that he went missing. According to police, someone informed the police about the presence of a body in the Gulistan-e Jauhar bushes.
Upon arriving on the spot, police also found the documents of his car near to his body whereas Marphani's car was found parked at Abul Hassan Isphahani Road.
Police sources said that Marphani's brother has identified the body when he arrived on the spot. Police have started the investigation, however, no FIR was lodged till the filing of this report.
