Three armed dacoits were killed in an encounter with Sadar Police, here last night, while three fled away in rainy season and darkness. According to police, when six armed dacoits were looting villagers in between Chak 208RB and 209RB, suddenly, a mobile police vehicle reached there. During exchange of fire, three dacoits were killed on the spot, while other three fled away in the darkness.
Police have registered a case and investigation is in progress. The identification of dead bodies has not made so far.
