Faulty phone lines rectified in Northern Areas

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has rectified all telephone lines, affected by recent heavy rains, especially in Northern Areas, Murree and Galiat. According to a PTCL press release issued here on Thursday, recent rains and snowfall had partially disturbed the telecom system particularly of NAs, Murree and Galgiat. It said that faulty telephone lines were rectified immediately with the stoppage of rains and now the system is working normally.
The PTCL would try its best to facilitate the customers, as the company was fully alive to the challenges posed by the deregulation scene, the statement said.
