Two labourers were burnt to death while another wounded seriously when some explosive material went off at a furnace here on Monday. Reportedly, some labourers were busy in work at Al-Karim Steel Furnace when accidentally some explosive material ripped through during iron dying process, as a result of which two workers identified as Muhammad Nadeem of Narowal and Khadim Hussain died on the spot while another worker Sada Jan received serious burn injuries.
The injured was shifted to DHQ hospital Gujranwala where his condition was stated to be critical.
