Microsoft Corp has asked a European court to suspend the European Commission's decision to order changes in the way it sells its Windows software, the Court said on Friday.
"Microsoft has asked the Court to suspend operation of the contested decision and to grant any other interim measures that it sees fit," said a press release from the European Court of First Instance, the EU's second-highest court.
Microsoft has already appealed to the same body to overturn the decision by the European Union executive in March, which found that the software giant abused its dominance of personal computer operating systems.
