Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) chairman Ahmed Saeed has ordered an inquiry into the alleged misbehaviour with a passenger on wheelchair by crew of PIA flight PK-309 coming from Islamabad to Karachi on Friday.
The passenger on wheelchair was travelling along with his wife and complained to PIA authorities about rude attitude of the flight crew.
Meanwhile, the chairman while ordering inquiry into the matter has assured that strict action would be taken against crew found involved in misbehaving with the passenger.
