The Karachi Port handled 57,639 tonnes of cargo including 50,305 tonnes import and 7,334 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Saturday.
The cargo comprised of 18,696 tonnes dry and 38,943 tonnes liquid cargo.
Two ships namely Kota Teraju and lauren sailed out to sea during the report period.
Three vessels viz Orient Stride, Lauren and Maersk Rhine are currently at the berths.
MV Tamyra expected to sail on Sunday, while MV Orient Stride is expected to sail on Monday.
Three ships namely Naga, Ocean Star Light and Asian Pegasus due to arrive on Saturday, while three vessels viz Mir Emad, Global Prosperity and Kota Teraju are due to arrive on Sunday.
Six vessels viz Nur Yan Bu, Hanniab-II, Yanaseni, Bow De Rich, Tai He and Med Salvador are due to arrive on Monday.

PORT QASIM

A total cargo volume of 46,375 tonnes including 26,468 tonnes import and 19,907 tonnes export cargo was handled during last 24 hours ending at 0800 hours on Saturday.
The cargo comprised of 1,360 tonnes fuel oil, 10,964 tonnes coal and 34,051 tonnes containerised cargo.
Container vessel E. R. Sydney sailed out to sea during the report period, while two more ships namely MV Kronos and Safmarine Pakistan are expected to sail on Saturday.
MV Great Prestige due to take berth on Saturday.
