Pakistan has quite a number of places that are famous for scenic beauty and as health resorts and there is a need for their adequate publicity in order to help promote tourism in the country.
This was stated by tourist and scout leader Maqsood Ahmed Chughtai in a statement here on Friday. He said the construction of motorway as well as the roads network has helped make such places more accessible such as the Kalar Kahar salt range.
Chughtai was of the view that there was a need for proper upkeep and maintenance of such places as well as the rest houses in these areas.
