British Home Secretary David Blunkett arrives in Islamabad on February 2 on two-day visit to strengthen co-operation on issues including migration, counter-terrorism and policing, a statement from the British Home department has said.
Blunkett will be visiting Pakistan after undertaking a trip to India.
The Home Secretary will meet with senior ministers and deliver three keynote speeches on the importance of maintaining and building on the strong connections between the UK and both India and Pakistan including on counter-terrorism and positive migration links.
"I am very pleased to be visiting India and Pakistan to meet with senior ministers and build on the strong links already in place," Blunkett said ahead of the visit.
"I hope the visit will help build on the very good existing co-operation between our countries across a range of issues," he said.
