The Pakistan Lawyers Forum (PLF) has approached the Supreme Court of Pakistan with a prayer to the court to direct the respondent judges to take fresh oath after the 17th Constitutional Amendment.
The petitioner, A.K. Dogar, contended that after the 17th constitutional amendment all the judges of Pakistan are required to take fresh oath.
He, therefore, prayed to the court to restrain the judges from working without taking fresh oath.
