Hizbul Mujahideen spokesman Salim Hashmi has said Kashmiris want to solve the Kashmir issue peacefully, and the people of occupied Kashmir have also applied this method, so far.
Talking to BBC, he said it is India that has been creating hurdles in resolving the dispute peacefully, adding a large number of the Kashmiris think that the issue should be resolved through dialogue.
