PARIS: French stocks were up 2.45 percent in initial trading on Wednesday, crossing the psychological threshold of 3,000 points in a market buoyed by the rebound on the Asian stock markets.
After three sessions in a row of of falls, the CAC 40 index was up 72.93 points in the first minutes of trading at 3,038.57 points.
