imagePakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) have finally finalized to play bilateral series in Sri Lanka expected to kick-off from December 20.

The meeting between PCB chief Shahryar Khan and BCCI president Shashank Manohar on Sunday ended in a deadlock when the issue of the venue was raised. Now according to latest media reports, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka were considered as the venues and finally it was agreed that Sri Lanka is the right choice to host the Indo-Pak series.

With both boards now standing firm on their respective stances, where BCCI made it clear that they will not play in the United Arab Emirates and the PCB refusing to play in India.

The bilateral series comprises of two Tests, five one-day and two Twenty20 internationals but with time running out, the series could be shortened to limited over matches.
