PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Sardar Mahtab Ahmad Khan attended the funeral prayer of the mother of Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Amjad Ali Khan at Jumra Agriculture Farm near Takht Bhai in Mardan district who breathed her last on Thursday evening.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak, additional chief secretary FATA, commissioners Peshawar and Mardan divisions and a large number of high ranking officers and people belonging to all walks of life also attended her funeral prayer.
The Governor Sardar Mahtab Ahmad Khan also offered Fateha for the departed soul and sympathized with the bereaved family.
He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to members of the bereaved family to bear the loss with patience and fortitude.
