imageBOGOTA: Colombia's economy will grow about 4 percent next year, led by strong consumer demand and as the harshest impact from the decline in oil prices is felt in 2015, Finance Minister Mauricio Cardenas told Reuters late on Monday.

His estimate for economic expansion is slightly lower than the government's forecast of 4.2 percent for this year, but much higher than economists' expectations, some of which dip below 3 percent for 2016.
