ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Saturday expressed condolence on the demise of Majid Nizami, senior journalist, publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Nawa-i-Waqt Group.
The Prime Minister, in his condolence message, said Majid Nizami's services for humanity and unrelenting efforts to keep Pakistan's Ideology alive would be remembered for long.
He eulogized the services of Majid Nizami in the journalism and said he had followed and promoted journalism of veracity, integrity, truthfulness and loyalty that made him distinct amongst the journalistic community.
The Prime Minister also prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude.
