KARACHI: The Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) has sent the main accused in the Shahzeb Khan murder case, Shahrukh Jatoi, to juvenile jail until January 29, the media reported on Saturday.

 

The police informed the court that they have recovered a 9mm pistol, said to be the murder weapon, and four bullets, from the possession of the prime suspect.

 

Others accused in the case Siraj Talpur, 22, his brother Sajjad Talpur, 21 and their cook Ghulam Murtaza Lashari, 23, were directed to be sent to the central jail, Karachi.

 

During the case proceeding today, The police acquired 4 more days remand of the accused but the court refused the plea.

 

All four will be produced before the court again on January 30.

 

Shahrukh, Siraj, Sajjad and Lashari, allegedly killed Shahzeb on December 25, last year over a petty dispute in Defence, Karachi.
