ISLAMABAD: Islamabad police has foiled a bid of protestors to loot weapons from Tarnol Police Station.
According to spokesman of police, one ASI got bullet injury while five policemen received fractures in arms and legs. Investigation of the incident is underway.
Meanwhile another incident Islamabad police also started crackdown against the dacoits and arrested for taking motorbikes and valuables from cars during protest in Islamabad.
Four motorbikes and looted items from the cars also recovered. A case has been registered at relevant police stations. Inspector General Police (IGP) Bani Amin Khan appreciated the performance of police.
