Futures spread down 1493bps

KARACHI: The futures spread declined by 1493bps to 11.03 percent on the last day of the outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter improved as average daily volumes increased by 81.2 percent to 460.10 million shares during this week as compared to previous week’s average of 253.95 million shares.

Average daily traded value on the futures counter increased by 87.1 percent to Rs 25.42 billion during this week against previous week’s Rs 13.59 billion.
