PESHAWAR: Senior tribal journalist, Zaman Mehsud Tuesday was killed by unidentified gunmen in Tank district. According to Tank Police, Mehsud was riding a motorcycle in Dabra area of Tank when came under attack.
He was shifted to DHQ hospital, D,I Khan in critical condition, where he expired due to his critical wounds.
The FATA Journalists' Association strongly condemned the killing of their colleague and demanded early arrest of the killers.
According to Police, the motive behind brutal murder could not be immediately ascertained. Police have started investigation after registration of the case.
