ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Ch Nisar Ali Khan on Monday took notice of a media report which stated that two lawyers are allegedly questioning his ownership of a property in Sadar Karachi thorough forged documents.
Taking notice of the report, the Interior Minister directed Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to collaborate with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and to undertake a joint investigation into this reported incident, said a press release issued by the ministry of Interior.
The minister said that no one can be allowed to deprive anyone of his property using threats or forgery.
He directed the FIA to ensure provision of justice to the affected person and also to provide him with all possible legal assistance.
The minister also directed the FIA to work closely with NAB and to broaden the scope of the ongoing campaign against land-grabbers and to take strict action against such elements.
