ISLAMABAD: Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that five new locomotives were being built in collaboration with China at Carriage Factory Risalpur.
He was speaking after inaugurating a locomotive manufactured with cooperation of China here on Tuesday. He said the project to manufacture new locomotives worth Rs 2.23 billion will be completed by March this year.
