Two more children die of measles, death toll reaches 161 in Punjab

imageLAHORE: Two more children died of deadly measles disease in Punjab on Tuesday.

According to details, a seven-month-old girl identified as Kiswa died at Children Hospital in Lahore. The victim belonged to Sargodha. Another child died in Allied Hospital in Faisalabad.

The number of deaths from measles in different hospitals of the province has reached 161.

According to reports, the health department has failed to control this deadly disease in Punjab that has affected 18,195 children in the entire province.
