According to India Today Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor says she has no interest working in the films out of Bollywood circle.
Rumours were making the rounds that Bebo has signed on to do an item number alongside South Indian superstar Suriya in Tamil film ‘Anjaan’.
Kapoor rubbished these rumours and said she doesn’t even recognize the stars in the film.
India Today quoted Kapoor as saying, "I don't where such baseless stories come from. I haven't signed any such film. I don't even know who Suriya and Linguswamy are. I've never seen them. I've zero interest in acting in non-Hindi films, whether it is down South or in Hollywood."
She revealed she has been offered many films from the South, but she turned them down due to language issues.
"How can I emote in a language that I don't know? I was offered beautiful scripts by the late Rituparno Ghosh in Bengali. I never could bring myself to work with this brilliant filmmaker because of the language barrier, and now he is gone," she added.
