imageISLAMABAD: Federal Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid said that Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah will supervise Karachi operation with full cooperation of federal security agencies.

Pervaiz Rashid said that federal government has completed maximum homework for establishing peace while indiscriminate action will be taken against miscreants in Karachi, the metropolitan city of Pakistan.

The information minister said that the designed strategy will be implementation after approval of political parties during special federal cabinet meeting scheduled in Karachi on August 4.

Rashid added that Sindh’s governer, chief minister, top officials of law enforcement agencies will also attend the meeting.

It is pertinent to note, Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had taken notice for declining law and order situation in the metropolis and ordered to organise special meeting with all stakeholders along with the federal cabinet members.

Moreover, Supreme Court of Pakistan also pronounced special orders to the authorities for taking control over worsening peace situation in Karachi.

Following the orders of federal government and SC, Law enforcement agencies had conducted raids on suspect’s hideouts and recovered large quantity weapons, NATO containers from different areas of Karachi.
