LAHORE: The visiting US bluegrass all-women musical band 'Della Mae' will perform at the Ali Auditorium of Ali Institute, Ferozepur Road on Tuesday at 6:15 p.m.
The musical group 'Della Mae' was formed in the New England, United States in 2009 with a yearning for traditional bluegrass sound. The band is a pioneer all-women bluegrass in the US.
'Della Mae' showcases strong women in bluegrass while their musical style seamlessly blends years of experience with traditional mountain music and modern singer-songwriter sensibilities.
The band has toured throughout the US and played at the festivals, music clubs, house concerts, churches besides conducting workshops.
