KARACHI: On Thursday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 15833.36 with a negative change of 32.17 and volume of 49,271,000 shares.

High and Low were 15869.82 and 15774.29 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 62,617,300 shares with 273 total traded companies out of which 125 were up, 135 were down and 13 were unchanged.

Fixed Line Telecommunication was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 11,626,000 shares. It was followed by Construction and Materials (Cement) with a total traded volume of 10,471,100 shares.

The three top traded companies were Fatima Fertilizer Co with a volume of 3,900,000 and price per share of 25.20 (0.37), Nishat Mills LtdXD with a volume 3,272,000 of price per share of 59.60 (0.16) and Azgard Nine with a volume of 2,666,000 and price per share of 6.80 (0.38).

The top three advancers were Island TextileXD with price per share of 347.00 (16.25), National FoodsXD with price per share of 338.00 (13.22) and Clariant Pak with price share of 251.49 (4.09).

The top three decliners were Pak Gum & Chemical with price per share of 227.77 (-11.98), Service Industries with price per share of 163.50 (-6.55) and Linde Pakistan with price per share of 140.01 (-4.99).
