Shipping activity at Port Qasim

KARACHI: One ships arrived at Port Qasim carrying palm oil on October, 12.

Berth occupancy was maintained at 43% at the Port on Saturday where a total of five ships namely M.V Thrgau, M.T Ivy Galaxy, M.V. Lantau Arrow, M.T Bow Sagami, M.T Global Aker, M.V Ana Dorothea, M.V Ocean Sea are currently occupying berths to load/offload cement, palm oil, fertilizer, wheat, phos. acid was handled at Port during last 24 hours.

Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 27119 tonnes comprising 22347 tonnes import and 4772 tonnes export was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.

M.T Bow Sagmai sailed on Friday afternoon.
