KARACHI: Bradley Cooper has congratulated ex Jennifer Aniston on getting engaged to Justin Theroux.
The actor, who dated Aniston briefly in the summer of 2009, commented on her engagement saying, “That's awesome!”
Cooper insisted that he has nothing but love for his former flame.
Aniston and Cooper first come into limelight as a couple when both were spotted dining at New York City's Il Cantinori on June 18, 2009. They were spotted on a number of dates throughout that summer. But soon she was disappointed when he decided date Renee Zellweger.
“She wanted to turn her date with Cooper into something,” a source said at that time.
The reps of Anistan and Cooper announced their engagement on Sunday. “Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage,” they told media.
