ekthatiger-reviewKARACHI: The most anticipated movie of the year hit the theatres on August 15th, movie under the Yash Raj banner, directed by Kabir Khan and starring Superstar Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, the combination seems very thrilling but movie doesn’t came out as good as expected.

The movie has been getting mixed response from the audience and critics. Some find it a good paisa vasool entertainer while others didn’t find any content in the movie.

Kabir Khan project Salman Khan in a sober, smooth and sensible way over his patented dull image. And since the film follows a sane storyline over silly slapstick, one is able to appreciate and enjoy it better.

Salman Khan plays Tiger, a code name given to him by Research & Analysis Wing (RAW) of India. But the role of an intelligence officer has been manipulated to the core.

After a successful mission in Iraq, Tiger is now assign with the task of collecting external intelligence by spying on a Trinity College Professor, who has apparently been approached by the Pakistan Intelligence agency (ISI) for sharing missile technology secrets.

Tiger follow the Professor and that is where he ends up meeting his ladylove Katrina Kaif, the professor’s residence caretaker. Tiger introduces himself as Manish Chandra, a writer, and seeks her help in getting an appointment with the professor.

Though Tiger knows that he is on a mission and he dare not fall in love, he loses his heart to Zoya, who could act as a catalyst in providing information about the professor.

The movie will definitely hit the 100 crore mark and will be announced as a blockbuster but it didn’t fulfil what it promised.

For the Salman Khan fans it will be a good entertainer as the Dabbang Khan with his versatile acting, good looks and onscreen chemistry with lead actors always impress the audience.
